Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have prepared shipments for transport all over the globe. Shipping internationally requires additional paperwork, though. We will need to know the exact contents of the package, their values, and country of origin. If you are shipping internationally, please allow for extra time in preparing the shipping label.
I have something that's really big and I have no idea how to ship it. Can you help?
Yes. We have the ability to package items for freight shipment, via an LTL (less than truckload) or dedicated truck. Depending upon the complexity of the situation (e.g. where the item is located, if we need to pick it up, etc), there may be some coordination required, so please contact us in advance to arrange for these types of shipments.
I found a car part online that's located in Pittsburgh. Are you able to pick it up and ship it to me?
Yes with one caveat: we cannot ship items that would be considered dangerous goods. A used gas tank, for example, cannot be shipped.
I have something that's fragile. Are you able to package it for shipment?
For the most part, yes. Many items that are considered fragile, such as framed artwork, can be shipped worry-free with the right packaging. The only items we tend to stay away from are televisions that do not have the original container, as the ability to ship these items is highly container-specific.
I see something online that's listed as "Local Pickup Only" but I'm not in Pittsburgh. Will you pick it up?
As long as the seller will permit us to do this, we can pickup the item, package it for shipment, and arrange for a carrier to transport the item to you. Obviously this will require some coordination between you, us, and the seller, but we've done this successfully many times before.
Do you ship pizzas?
We ship half-baked pizzas from Vincent's Pizza Park. "Vinnie Pies" are ordered on Wednesday, picked up and shipped on Thursday, and you have them on Friday. We handle collecting payment over the phone, ordering, pickup, and shipping. You simply get to enjoy a Pittsburgh classic when it arrives at your door.
What time does FedEx pick up?
FedEx Ground has a daily pickup that generally occurs in the morning between 10am and noon Monday thru Friday. FedEx Ground does not pick up on Saturday.
FedEx Ground has a daily pickup between 5pm and 6pm Monday thru Friday and on Saturday at 11am.
We also have regular pickups for UPS and USPS. Additional pickup options (e.g. DHL, freight) are scheduled upon request.
